What is the USF product key number for EndNote 21?
I am downloading EndNote 21 from the USF Software store. When I was installing it,a message popped up saying it required a product key. What is our product key number?

You should not have been asked for a product key number. This is a known issue that can occur during installation.
To resolve this issue, there are two options:
- Uninstall and reinstall EndNote following the steps below.
- Contact IT support to walk through the process.
If you want to try this on your own, here are the steps:
- Uninstall EndNote 21.
- To reinstall, go to your Downloads folder (or wherever your folder downloaded).
- Select the EndNote 21 zipped folder
- Then click on Extract All (on the menu bar above). If you don't extract the entire folder, the product key will not load.
- Then run the installer.
- After installation, you can now delete the EndNote zipped folder.
